From the hills of Uji to your cup
Our matcha is sourced from family-run farms in Wazuka, a hidden gem nestled in the renowned Uji region of Kyoto Prefecture, where tea has been grown for generations. Shade-grown, stone-ground, and carefully selected for color, aroma, and taste.
Every tea in our collection is harvested using time-honored methods and sourced directly from farmers we trust. We focus almost exclusively on First Flush — the first harvest of spring — when the leaves are at their most tender and vibrant. Because of this, many of our teas are available in limited quantities only.
Matcha color tells a story.
Brighter green matcha comes from younger leaves, careful shading, and gentle stone-grinding. The result is a smoother taste, less bitterness, and a naturally vibrant color you can see before you sip.
